Our Story – Why sg777city Exists
Before sg777city, the Philippine online gaming market was full of platforms that weren't really designed with Filipino players in mind. Most of them required you to convert your pesos into foreign currencies, charged opaque fees on deposits and withdrawals, had customer support that didn't understand local context, and offered odds on international sports while completely ignoring things like the PBA or Philippine football.
The founders of sg777city had been Filipino sports bettors and card players themselves for years. They knew exactly what was frustrating about the existing options and they also knew what would genuinely serve the Philippine market well. That knowledge became the blueprint for sg777city — a platform conceived in the Philippines, built around Filipino player needs, and committed to keeping those needs at the center of every decision we make.
From the beginning, our priorities were clear: GCash and Maya deposits and withdrawals that actually work the way Filipino users expect them to; sports coverage that includes PBA basketball, Philippine football, and boxing alongside global leagues; a games library sourced from Asia's best developers who understand the regional aesthetic and mechanics Filipino players enjoy; and customer support delivered in both Filipino and English by people who genuinely know the platform and the culture.
Those founding priorities haven't changed. What has changed is the scale — from a small team with a clear vision to a full platform serving over 120,000 registered members across every region of the Philippines, from Metro Manila to Mindanao, from Luzon to the Visayas.
